Who We Are

We love the Lord--without Him we are hopeless! So whether we are playing games, having a lock-in, singing praise choruses, playing Rock Band, having a Bible Study, helping the homeless, eating pizza, or putting pink flamingos in someone's yard, we are doing it because we share one common need...the need to worship our Savior and Lord Jesus Christ. WHAT'S NEXT?

Make sure you join us at South Austin Church in our newly renovated Teen House from 7:00 p.m. sharp until 8:30 p.m. every Wednesday night for "Illuminate", which is our name for the hour and a half we spend together in worship, songs, games, and fellowship!! And the LAST Wednesday of the month is a special treat we call "Power Hour"! It's a little different every month, but one thing is ALWAYS the same....you will have an encounter with God that you will not forget!

NAZARENE YOUTH CONFERENCE 2011 WAS AN AMAZING SUCCESS!!

About 6100 teenagers from Nazarene churches all over America and Canada descended upon Louisville, KY, and proceeded to worship, play, work on Mission With Others projects, and enjoy spending time with each other! It was awesome, and the people of Louisville could not have been nicer! Thanks for hosting us, Louisville! God bless you!! There were 9 of us from our local church, and our lives were changed forever! We'll never forget it!! Praise the Lord! Great job, Starfield, for leading us in worship music all week! And thanks, Toby Mac and David Crowder, for two AWESOME concerts! Check out the pics in the album below!

Kevin and Deana Reed

Kevin and Deana Reed lead our youth and strive for a good blend of worship, learning the Word of God and hiding it in your heart, just plain having fun, and using your talents...all for His glory!

By day, Kevin works as an Oracle Database Administrator for a tech company in Austin, and by night he puts on his Youth Pastor hat! Deana is a Masters student at Texas State University in San Marcos, TX, studying Professional Counseling. They have been married since June of 1988 and have two children, Hunter, 19, and Sierra, 16.
